How to request a refund
All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.

After a refund

Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period.
